Current status of accessibility

The Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium has committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector, published in the Official State Gazette on September 19, 2018. This Royal Decree transposes the Directive (EU) 2016/2012 of the European Parliament and the Council. The European Directive is based on the standard EN 301 549 “Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services” and this, in turn, is an adaptation of the Accessibility Guidelines for Web Content (WCAG 2.1) from W3C.

This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.azfacadiz.es.

Compliance status

For this website currently compliance is unknown with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, because A complete technical evaluation of its level of accessibility has not yet been carried out, nor have the necessary adaptations been implemented to meet the required criteria.

Preparation of the accessibility statement

This statement was initially prepared on February 13, 2026.

The method used to prepare the declaration has been a self-assessment carried out by the body corresponding to the mandatory accessibility analysis after a substantial modification of the website in accordance with the Methodology for Simplified Monitoring UNE-EN 301549:2022.

The accessibility reviews carried out up to the date of definition of the current statement are based on the WCAG 2.0 criteria. The objective is established to achieve compliance with all level A and AA requirements of WCAG 2.1, together with certain level AAA requirements considered relevant to improving the user experience of the portal by the citizen.

Communications will be received and processed by the Web Accessibility Office of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium.

Application procedure

If once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, the decision taken is not agreed upon, or the response does not meet the requirements contemplated in article 12.5, the interested person may initiate a claim. Likewise, a claim may be initiated in the event that the period of twenty business days has elapsed without having received a response.

Through this procedure you can initiate a claim to know and oppose the reasons for the rejection of a request for accessible information or complaint, urge the adoption of appropriate measures if you do not agree with the decision taken, or explain the reasons why it is considered that the response does not meet the required requirements.

The website is optimized for Microsoft Edge browsers version 103 or higher (Microsoft Internet Explorer compatibility mode is not tested) and the latest versions of FireFox, Safari, Opera and Google Chrome.
